Any person wishing to participate in or attend the congress and access the exhibitor space must register. Please note that access to complementary activities is also open to people who are not attending talks, but still requires registration.
NOTE: Those wishing to register for any of the dinner events need to do so by May 12 latest.

You may register as an individual, or register multiple attendees for your organisation through your user account.
Live translation
The congress is meant to be as far-reaching as possible in order to facilitate the exchange of knowledge between participants. Talks will be presented in French or in English. If you need live translation, please specify so during your online registration.

Cancellations
Cancellation and refund requests must be done in writing (letter or email) April 26th, 2019 latest; refunds will not be available after that date.

(Plus applicable tax). Students will have to present a valid student ID when they first arrive at the congress.
Speaker
Free (Exclusively upon invitation from CIRSIP). Deadline for speaker registration is March 25, 2019.
